Our story
Tree House was created with one heartfelt mission: to give families a place where their children feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. Our founder, Ruth Cossio, earned her Early Childhood Education degree in 2016 while working, and spent 10 years in childcare centers across Massachusetts—gaining the experience and insight needed to understand what young children truly need.
In 2021, Ruth opened Tree House Family Daycare in her Norwood home, building a warm, personal environment where each child received care with intention and love. Today, that dream continues to grow with the opening of her new Childcare Center—a modern, nurturing, and secure space designed to help every child explore, discover, and reach their full potential.
At Tree House, every child is unique. Every family matters. And every day is an opportunity to grow together.
