Bilingual Program (English & Spanish)
We immerse children in a bilingual environment to develop their language skills and cultural awareness. By introducing them to both English and Spanish, we set the foundation for lifelong learning and communication in a multicultural world.

Montessori-Inspired Curriculum
Our curriculum focuses on hands-on learning, independence, and creativity. Inspired by the Montessori method, we guide children to explore their natural curiosity while building important life skills like organization, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Safe and Clean Environment
Your child’s safety is our top priority. Our facility is equipped with child-proof measures, regular sanitization practices, and a well-organized layout to ensure a secure and clean space for learning and play.

Nature-Centered Learning
We believe in connecting children with nature. From outdoor playtime to activities using natural materials, we teach children to appreciate and care for the environment while fostering creativity and exploration.

Goals & Achievements
Through an app, parents will receive detailed information of their children’s activities and well being daily.

Personalized Attention
With small class sizes, every child receives personalized care and attention. We recognize and nurture each child’s unique strengths, needs, and interests to support their individual growth.

Experienced and Certified Team
Our team, led by our founder Ruth Cossio, is highly experienced and passionate about early childhood education. All staff members are certified professionals dedicated to providing a loving and supportive environment.

Family-Oriented Approach
We view parents as partners in their child’s development. We maintain open communication, provide regular updates, and foster a sense of community among families in our daycare.

Cultural Enrichment
We celebrate diversity and teach children about different cultures and traditions. Through storytelling, activities, and language, we help children develop respect and empathy for others.
Our Story
Ruth arrived in Boston 14 years ago and began working with families, covering hours for another center in Brookline. Her passion for childcare grew after becoming a mother, sparking her interest in early childhood development. Determined to provide exceptional care, Ruth pursued her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education Development at Urban College, which she completed in 2016.
After working in various childcare centers for a decade, Ruth found her dream home in Norwood, where she transformed it into Tree House Family Daycare. Now in its fourth year at this location, Tree House is the culmination of her dedication, education, and love for children.
